Kurious Coconut, McLaren Vale Getaways & The Currant Shed Competition

  1. Promoters
    This competition is jointly promoted by: (collectively referred to as “the Promoters”).
  2. Competition Period
    The competition opens on Sunday 18th January 2026 and closes on Sunday 1st February 2026 at 11:59pm ACDT (“Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility
    To enter, individuals must:
    • Be Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
    • Enter from a public account or ensure story resharing visibility if claiming bonus entries.
    • Not be employees, contractors or immediate family members of the Promoters.
    The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  4. How to Enter
    During the Competition Period, entrants must:
    1. Tag a person they would like to share the prize with in the comments of the official competition post on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok; and
    2. Like/follow all three of the Promoter accounts on the platform used for their entry.
      (Entrants do not need to follow across all platforms.)

    Bonus Entries

    • Entrants will receive 5 bonus entries for resharing the competition post to their stories (where the platform permits).
    • Each comment tagging a unique person counts as one entry.
    • Entries that are incomplete, irregular, manipulated or submitted through automated means may be declared invalid at the Promoters’ discretion.
  5. Prize Details
    One (1) winner will receive:
    McLaren Vale Getaways – Two-Night Stay
    (Valued at $1,150)
    • Two-night stay at Hillside House or Clements House, subject to availability.
    • Valid for 12 months from winner announcement.
    • Blackout dates, peak periods and special event dates may apply.
    • Booking must be made directly with Kurious Coconut via debra@kuriouscoconut.com.au.
    • A security bond may be required in line with McLaren Vale Getaways’ standard booking policies.
    The Currant Shed – Lunch for Two
    (Approx. value $300)
    • Lunch for two including paired wines or drinks.
    • Not redeemable on Monday or Tuesday.
    • Bookings subject to availability.
    • Any additional food, beverages or upgrades are at the winner’s expense.
    Kurious Coconut – Six-Month Supply
    (Valued at $300)
    • Six cartons of Kurious Coconut Water.
    • All cartons shipped at once to an Australian address only.

    Total Prize Value: $1,750

    The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
    The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  6. Winner Selection & Notification
    • The winner will be chosen at random.
    • The winner will be announced on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok on Monday 2nd February, 2026.
    • The Promoters will also contact the winner directly via private message on the platform they entered from.
    • The winner must respond and claim the prize within 5 business days.
    • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be redrawn.
    • The Promoters reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.
  7. Prize Redemption Conditions
    By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to:
    • Comply with all property rules, booking conditions, and terms set by McLaren Vale Getaways.
    • Comply with The Currant Shed’s booking guidelines and dining policies.
    • Provide a valid postal address for Kurious Coconut Water delivery.
    • If the winner cancels, reschedules or fails to attend any booked component, the prize (or relevant component) may be forfeited.
  8. Disqualification
    The Promoters may disqualify an entry and/or redraw if:
    • The entrant provides false or misleading information.
    • The entrant engages in behaviour that undermines the competition’s fairness.
    • The entrant harasses or abuses Promoters or staff.
    • The entry breaches platform rules, guidelines or relevant laws.
  9. Social Media Disclaimer
    This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
    Entrants release these platforms from all liability associated with the competition.
  10. Privacy
    Information provided by entrants (limited to usernames, contact details and postal address if applicable) will be used solely for:
    • Administering this competition
    • Contacting the winner
    • Prize fulfilment
    • Personal information will not be sold, shared or used for any other purpose.
  11. Liability & Indemnity
    To the extent permitted by law:
    • The Promoters are not liable for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) as a result of entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize.
    • The Promoters are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, system errors or platform outages.
    • If any component of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
  12. General
    • The Promoters’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances require.
    • By entering, individuals agree to all Terms & Conditions.
    • The winner may be asked (but is not obligated) to allow the Promoters to use their name, likeness and content for marketing/promotional purposes relating to the competition.
