At Kurious, we want you to love our coconut water. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to replacement or refund for major faults, and repair or replacement if products aren't of acceptable quality.

Returns

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products within 14 days of delivery. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but if you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll work with you.

To return a product:

1. Email admin@kuriouscoconut.com with your order number and description of the issue
2. Include photos if the product is damaged or faulty
3. Wait for our approval and return instructions

Refunds

We'll inspect returns within 5 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.

For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping. For other returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs.
